You Have To Have Faith

Timing isn’t always perfect.

Not when it comes to love it isn’t! You may have so many other things going on in your life – from work to children and even another relationship – but that doesn’t mean you can’t find love when you least expect it.

And so it goes that it’s not going to be a fairy tale. Perhaps it will end that way if you’re one of the fortunate ones in this world. But getting there can mean that you are living on prayer day by day.

When is it really the right time?

It never truly is!  That’s the truth of it.

It’s never exactly the ideal time to take that leap of faith and go for it with someone you may not even know very well, but, for reasons you can’t explain, hold in your heart every single minute.

True love comes with a price and that means paying your dues as you go along. Sometimes that’s waiting. Sometimes it’s hoping. Sometimes it’s praying. Mostly – it’s all three. And when it comes right down to it only you know if it’s worth the effort.

How to know when it’s worth the risk.

Again, never.  It’s not about “knowing” it’s about “believing”. Which brings us back to that living on a prayer concept. You have to have faith in yourself and in the other person and in God Himself. That faith is what matters most.

Love isn’t just about snuggling up in front of a fireplace with coffee and holding him so close you can’t tell where you end and he begins. No. It’s a lot more than that. It’s also about surrender to it and feeling great about that surrender when you do.

When it all magically works out.

That’s when Heaven comes to Earth and you feel joy in your heart you almost can’t believe. Or so it goes in my books, friends!

And this is why romance novels have stood the test of time. People love to read about true love and how it really can conquer all. I myself believe it can. And I’m thinking you just might agree.

For sure. You can’t live on the safe side. It’s boring and not really living at all.
